Com ripoff dishonest and fraudulent billing after cancellation. Encinitas internet

I had cancelled my account with ifrends and been reasured that I wouldn't be billed again when to my surprise I find another billed charge of 9.95 on my bank statement. I then found this site and left this report.

I will now try to contact ifriends to see what they have to say about this underhanded billing.
