Unauthorized charge for a voice mail 800 numbe

I neglected to read my AT&T phone bill in detail until today and I discovered that I have been charged 15 months worth of 3rd party charges for a service that I did not want, authorize, or even know that I had. I called and requested a refund. I obtained a confirmation number.

I also called my phone company, AT&T and asked that all third-party charges be blocked from my bill so this could not happen again. Maybe.
