(LV Siena LLC) Stole our money and our identity!

My pregnant wife was managing this property and was not just verbally abused as an employee. The owner of this property is "Jack" and is said to also have a home in Boca Raton, FL. He had hired her with the intention of replacing "B and R Management".

She notes that many things she was instructed to do were against Fair Housing paractices. Things like discriminating and placing various races in specific areas of the property.

On one unfortunate occasion my wife wasn't feeling well at a work lunch. They took advatage of the opportunity to steal her wallet from her purse. It was at this point that all hell broke loose. They refused to pay her wages due and treated her very badly. We had a free apartment on-site and they said that all of the wages were now covering our 'rent'. Our car was stolen off the property too. Fearing what else could happen, we had to move right away.

So, our identity had been stolen and all of our accounts were wither charged up or cancelled due to all of the fradulent activity. We had received several emails that our new cards had been sent out also. So, these people were getting new cards and getting as much money as they could out of us!

These people have done a great job of ruining our lives and are continuing about their merry way! DO NOT BE THEIR NEXT VICTIM!!!

Additionally, there is much we could go into about substandard procedures that are used in maintaining the apartments as well. Things like painting over mold, using drywall to replace pieces of base trim, nothing is to be replaced, only glued, painted, or taped.
