How CTL Property Management is RUINING My Life

I leased an apartment from them in Rocklin, Ca. Called Sunset Summit apartments for over 18 months. I have been trying to settle a $300.00 housing debt they have on my credit report that is ruining my credit. They deliberately cloak their collections department in secrecy and do everything they can to stall the process of disputing, and settling debts to cause intentional infliction of emotional distress to their former lessees who they attempt to extort money from. They seem to delight in the damage they do to their former tenants lives knowing that we have little or no recourse. Beware of this property management company, they are anything but.
