Unlawful scare tactics

I am writing this to inform people that United Processing is annlawful scare tactics.in Tennessee you can record phone calls as long as one party is consent to it. I recorded the phone conversation with this guy. Tell them at first and get tehm to state their name and reason for calling. They talked to me really bad. They said I had no schooling, no job, no money. Very funny. They need to be sued.

I am going to file a report, then from that if they keep calling me about an account my mother has I am going to make a criminal charge and then sue them, fnd out who they have scared and divide it up with them. This company cannot (even if it were a valid account) dicuss another persons debt with somone else. They are breaking every law known. As well as saying they are with the United States Treasury, and local police warrants division.

I have already contacted Jacksonville's police department. I do not know what they will do, but they will know people are tired of this. Some of these people do not even owe them. When I spoke with this guy he informed me that I had better hope that he does not have anything with my name on it, because he would have me arrested also. Lol
