This company treats people like crap and tells pure lies

Well lets start off by discussing this companys lack of consideration for you and your privacy. This company called my job, not knowing i answer the phone, they asked for me and i took a message [ being in a busy work enviornment ] and they proceeded to declare calling from the fraud department and that i wrote a fraudulant check. Then here comes the worst part... The tell me that i have 1 hour to return the call, and if i do not, they will immediatley contact the local sheriff or police station and have me arrested at my job to be made an example of.

A few minutes after hanging up the phone or taking the message for myself. Lol. They then call my aunt and also explain to her the same thing [ i would be arrested, fraud. Yadda yadda].. A few minutes after that. I get a call from my brother, he also received the same phone call stating i would be arrested in 30 minutes had i not contacted them. So, without speaking to me directly or explaining to me the problem of what they wanted or why they were calling they offer all this information to my family [ i was outraged ]

I then take a few moments to google the name of the company and right away on this site... A report pops up [ if you search the name "united processing"] you will see quite a few with the same exact things i am stating, and his name..[brian thomas]

Anyhow, i call this man back. And try to calmly state, im returning the call, and please inform me of the matter... He demands that i surreder my bank account number to him or i would be arrested that day at my place employers office. I asked him to fax me whatever proof he had, concerning what i owed and to fax it to me for review and i would contact him back. He immediatley tells me not to raise my voice and him and he told me to shut up and listen...

[ thats where i draw the line... I told him do not speak to me that way, and i would not give him any account information without some form of proof ] he then yelled so you are refusing to pay the debt, okay have a nice time, the police will be on their way to your job any minute... Since you do not want to cooperate.
Are you serious?

Any company or so called collection agency has no problem providing you with proof of what you owe. This company is crazy and flat out rude! They need to be stopped asap! Giving out all that information? Blurting out all those comments and threats! They are full of it!
I contacted the local police with instructions on how to file a report!
