Waiting to be arrested!

I have been contacted by a company called United Processing of Law?

Rep uses name Andy Brown or Roy Campbell. They are attempting to collect on an old payday loan which was 300.00 to start in 2004 or 2005. They insisted on a large amt of money immediately ($1,000) which I refused to pay.

The callers gave me no valid information, name of company, or real name of collector. I was afraid to pay them anything.

They have told me to remain in my office so that I could be arrested. I was totally freaked out the first time they did this. I called the Economic Crimes division listed on the Jacksonville FL Sheriff's office website. The detective I spoke to said it was safer to wait for papers to be served instead of sending money. I waited and nothing happened. They have done this same thing 3 times now. I have recorded several messages left for me at work which includes threats. They have also threatened to contact my Manager at work and tell them I am going to be convicted of bank fraud and a couple of other crimes. They are still calling numerous times each day even when they have been informed that I can't have calls at work. It is hard to answer your phone when you may be threatened with arrest for having an outstanding debt which you cannot pay immediately. How can I stop the phone calls to work???
