Dishwasher Does not Dry Dishes!

Kitchen Aid dishwashers are a big rip-off! My old cheap dishwasher dryed the dishes perfectly, even made them too hot to hold. Kitchen Aid now says that my brand new dishwasher, for $900.00, will not completely dry the dishes, and I should expect to dry them myself. For $900, I think the dishwasher should not only dry them, but put the dishes away! Customer Service at Kitchen Aid told me that the lack of dry dishes is due to the new "advances" in dishwasher engineering?!!! This is ridiculous! Who wants to dry dishes when you have a dishwasher with an options that is "dry"?
