Charged me NSF for things i didn't agree to be payed on my card

These people keep giving the run around and had the nerve to tell me to pay 543 dollars and some cent then they can do something about it. I kept telling them I didn't authorized these payments, they wasn't paid but i still have to pay for them being returned. They wouldn't give me the supervisor number or te corporate number, just an address. Then what really made it bad, one of the BB&T's supervisor laughed at me. Because i was in my crying mode because i was so mad, but i satyed calm until she had the nerves to laugh at me. Now my account is on block, and i can't access it.
