Epic Commerce, LLC, NPIC Epic did not follow through with promises to aide in business and Website setup. They called incessantly to try and upsell for advertising, but have stopped all correspondence now that I have expressed dissatisfaction

Epic Commerce supposedly built and launcehd a website for me, but I was never given the URL. Can't market a Website I can't even see.

Epic promises in their business white paper to help determine goals, set those goals and reach those goals with the help of a Business Coach, well no Business Coach ever contacted me. Epic will call and call
and never leave messages and no one is ever there to talk when I call at my convenience, I am the paying customer I should call when I like and they should be available during business hours. I left numerous voicemail messages on 2 different phone numbers none of which received a response, excpet the one stating that I had files a charge dispute with my bank! Epic never attempted to communicate via email, though I made a dozen requests for them to do so since I could never get them on the phone. Amazing they don't know how to use email seeing as they are supposed to be a Website producing business! Epic Commerce does not follow through with their promises. There product is Bogus and their Customer Service is non-existent. They should be put out of business ASAP!
