Epic did not follow through with promises to aide in business and Website setup. They called incessantly to try and upsell for advertising, but have stopped all correspondence now that I have expressed dissatisfaction

I purchased Epic Commerce's Website Business Opportunity after being very "hard" sold. The company has not followed through with promises to assist with the business and Website set-up. I made multiple phone calls asking for assistance, only being allowed to leave messages with Morgan (the receptionist) and told I would receive a response right away, which did not happen. After a few weeks of numerous unanswered calls and messages on my part I decided the company and the opportunity are bogus and requested a refund. I spoke with Morgan, again, who assured me a Refund Manager would contact me, well, obviously that never occurred.

At this point I have begun a dispute with my bank, filed a complaint with the BBB and have called Epic every business day to attempt to get my $ back, each time only getting their voicemail systems on both phone numbers and leaving messages to which I have received zero response.

Epic did call me, but only to attempt to upsell advertising. I have zero desire to spend $ on advertising for a Website that has yet to be
developed properly, so I ignored their messages regarding "ad coaching".

I believe my bank will refund my $250, but I would like to see these scammers stopped for good.
