The Epic Realty refuses to return $2,000 to my son from a bid he put down on a foreclosed house in May. He cancelled the contract over a month ago and Epic told us to get an attorney so we can get the money back from Homecoming Bank located somewhere in TX. She will not give us the phone number or location of the Bank. He has since purchased another home and needs the money NOW!
