We financed a 2001 aztek from triad, this has been a total nightmare, shortly after we financed the suv, we had to take custody of our 2 granddaughters that have cystic fibrious, needless to say i had to cut my hours at work and also drive them 3 hours one way to the dr. Every two weeks. Then i got very ill my spleen ruptured and almost died, i have finally gave up, and made arrangements with them to give back the suv. Now this has been 2 weeks ago. They are contiunely calling my husband at work, he is going to loose his job over this, i have told them over and over do not call his work, they dont care, they were to pick up the suv at a drop off point, they never did, so ii had to go get it and bring it back to the house, then they are still calling me night and day. I am not kidding when i say at least 10 times a day, when i return the call i get someone who is rude and smart. Oh did i mention that they are still trying to get into my back account to get money out? I am going to close out the account because of this, this is AFTER the fact of making arrangements to get the suv..

If there is ever a class action suit against them i will be in line. They need to have the AG go after them, and by the way, i do understand what will happen by giving back the suv, but they are causing me to have a breakdown, so to get rid of them i will be filing bankrupty.
