Ripoff

I have had it with these people. I have been dealing with them for several months now. I had been very sick and in and out of the hospital back last fall into early winter. My husband and I had gotten 1 month behind. Triad went ahead and deferred that month along with the one that was almost coming due. Everything was fine and we were paying on time and then we had a several huge bills that needed to be paid. Our payment is now 27 days past due and I intend on paying it this friday and making the next one on the 26th of this month and that will bring us up to date. I received a letter in the mail today on being in default and immediately called Triad to let them know what I intended to do. The first person I spoke to was an Antoine and he informed me they would need to receive the payment today and I told him there is no way that I can do that, he stated that he would need to put me into one of his supervisors and proceeded to put me on hold which was about 10 minutes before someone came on the phone. Natalie then came on the phone and stated the only way she would be able to prevent any other problems was that I needed to post date checks with her on the phone and I told her there was no way that I would do that considering the problems I have had with them in the past. Her next remark to me was would I like to set up the date and time for them to come pick up my car. At that point I told her I would be in contact with my attorney generals office which I have done at this point and also in contact with a close family friend that is an attorney. I still intend to make the payment this friday and the May payment itself in 2 weeks. I totally understand that I need to make my payment on time and do not need remarks from people on that matter. I use to work in collections myself for 6 years and I am grateful I had gotten out of that line of work but what these people do are horrible. I had never spoken to anyone in that manner when they were calling about problems they may have been having making their payments as things do happen at times. So please let me know what else I need to do so that I can enter into the class action suit as well.
