I moved and had to cancel my service. It took 10 minutes to find the necessary information on Vonage.com. Then it took another 25 minutes of constantly repeating myself to the Indian woman, who refused to just let me cancel my account. After insisting to speak to a supervisor, I finally succeeded in canceling my account. I never had any technical issues with Vonage, but this lack of customer care means I will never give them my money again.
