Best buy rips me off by selling me an unsealed graphics card. Porter Ranch

Me and my Dad went to best buy to buy a graphics card. I was in the store just looking around and this employee asks me what I was looking for particularly, I told him I'm looking for an 8800gt graphics card. He said we dont have any on display, but we have i think 1 or 2 of the 8800 in the back.

So we were at the register where the "Geek Squad" station was, he rang us there. I noticed the box had no plastic seal on it, but i didn't really made a big deal about it cause I was so excited to get it. We payed exactly $216.49 for it. The cashier didnt open the box to verify the contents inside, it actually says that on the Graphics Card box.

We got home, I opened the box and it was not the 8800, it was totally different from what I saw online. I showed it to my friend and he was really sure that it was NOT an 8800. But my dad had already gone to work so I will see if I can return it and get what I payed for. I dont want the money, I just want what I payed for.
