Omar Camergo ripped me off for about $4000 by threatening that he would kill himself

This guy, Omar Camargo Gamez, used to come to my house and preach me about Mormon religion and Jesus and Bible and In one occasion he stayed here for more than 3 hours talking about his religion. Then one day he came and begged me to give him $4000 for 30 days and promised to repay the loan even sooner than that. He cried that the Bank was going to take his house on the next day.

I told him I could not give him the money because he had a bad credit and he did not have any collateral for the loan. Then he cried again and threatened that he would kill himself by sitting in his car and crashing it into a wall so his wife and his children could get the money from Insurance and save the house. Out of sympathy and in order to save his house of being foreclosed, his wife of becoming widow, and his children of becoming orphans, I gave him the money only on the condition that he would return the loan within 30 days.

Since he did not have any body to cosign him, I said his bishop at his church should be a witness to the agreement.

He agreed and signed a promissory note and his bishop signed it too. Now after about two months he does not want to repay me and is hiding from me. Although I have been calling him so many times, he is not returning my phone calls. He works in construction and gets cash but claims he is not working.
