Told me I was approved for a $5000.00 loan. Told me to send $800.00 to a Omar Taylor then again had me send another $700.00 to Omar taylor. Never got the $5000.00 nor refund I was promised

My wife and I had applied online for a unsecured loan for $5000.00 for a down payment on a home. Mr Roy Watson contacted me on 7-21-08 and informed me tht I had been approved for the loan, but with my credit history I would need to pay a collteral payment of $800.00. I was not to sure of this but my wife talked me into this. I sent the money via westner union on 7/24/08 to a Omar Taylor. Mr Watson then told I could expect the money on 7/25/08.

On that date no money was put in my account. I called Mr Watson who then informed that I needed to pay a insurance payment of $700.00. Again I did like he asked and he said the money would be in my account on 7/26, no money ever appeared. I called Mr Taylor numerous times finally getting him on Tuesday 7/29. At that time he told me the funds was on hold. I requested a refund and was told he was working on the paper work. We are out $1624.00, no house and now cannot pay our rent.
