Not happy - revlon makeup compact

Ought a 35 dollar revlon makeup from behind the tester that was the colour only to find that when I got home it was not the same colour, I took it back only to be told they do not refund or exchange makeup, I told her it was not my fault it was put in the wrong spot, she proceeded to tell me they had a policy about makeup and pulled out a pamphlet to show me, I opened the compact and showed her it had not been touched even the plastic was still in place she told me it did not matter. I turned around and threw it and the docket in the bin, not going back there again, and telling lots of people about it.
