Sold Phones that require AC Power with no AC Power Cords! Ripoff

Shipped two phones to my elderly Father. There were AC Connection outlet on phones, but no AD Adaptor making the phones worthless to use unless you want to spend a fortune on A batteries! Batteries lasted only a few minutes before they were dead. AC adaptor is not standard size. Calling the customer no service number just brings you through multiple menus and then hangs up so you can't talk to anyone.

The phones cost more to return than they are worth. Classic rip off.
