L'oreal makeup COMPLAINT

Very disappoint in your VISIBLE LIFT makeup, unable to retrieve all makeup. Product packaging does not allow all makeup to dispense, pump will not retrieve the makeup. I still have a quarter of a bottle left but unable to use, can not open the bottle due to the seal.
I am very unhapply and will probable not buy this produce away unless you in prove it. Too expensive to waste but that is exactly what I have a waste.
