I purchased some tanzanite from this company. The product was advertized by the show host as "dark neon blue tanzanite, facing up as 8 x 6 mm. The stones that were shown on the program were beautiful and exactly described as what would be received. The three stones I received were neither dark, neon or blue and were smaller than 8 x 6 mm. It is the typical "bait and switch" scam that this company is using. I called to get the RMA number that is required before returning the merchandise the day that I received the stones. I stayed on hold for over 40 minutes. I sent the sub-standand stones back the next day, April 10, via USPS signature conformation. The company signed for the return on April 14. I have yet as of this date, April 30, to hear from them nor receive the credit due to my account.
