Fruadulent Representation of their Gem Stones

Shops, Products, Services

These people sell gem stones.in my opinion they do it frauduantly. My daughter purchased several stones from these people. We took them to a jeweler only to find there was a chip in EVERY ONE of the stones. She could do NOTHING with the stones. Basically they were worthless. When she called and asked about returning them, that the stones were chipped, she was told she couldn't do it.

They are very clever in stating in their "return policy" that no chipped stone could be returned. Very, very clever because that is all they sell. They are frauds and want only your money. Do NOT BUY anything from them. Oh, yeah, they want to charge YOU to restock what THEY packed and sent to you.

I have considered taking them to small claims court. But they are definitely going to be reported to the BBB in California and to the Attorny General.

I could not believe that our jeweler stated a 2 ct yellow sapphire would cost around $200 and DSN had a 1.91 ct and. 35 ct diamond ring they wanted $3799.
