Stole our credit card information

I noticed right away the $11.99 charge because I watch my online banking like a hawk. They stole my husband's debit card information from a credit monitoring service... Of all the places.

I called their customer service center and they kept trying to say that they would keep the account open and would try to hang up on me. After me being pushy and quite mean and finally speaking to a manager; I got them to cancel the charge and they are *supposed* to refund my money within 3 business days.

I will keep you posted if they do.

I'm really upset that they were able to gain access to our debit card information from a credit bureau of all people.
