UMG SERVICES ripoff Nationwide

I received a credit card charge of 14.95 from this UMG SERVICES and didn't know the company so I googled them and found this report from Lawana.

I called the phone * she gives and it was a direct hit. 1-800-447-7776 UMG Services/Buyers Edge... I was informed that by filling out a survey for a company that I ordered some cloths from (Woman Within) that I agreed to sign up for a "prescription plan" after only a few minutes insisting that I would not have done that or agreed to such a charge they said they would credit the money back to my card.

If they do not I will be back to update this warning. Thanks so much for your site and to Lawana, for her complaint over a year ago you certainly saved me a few aggravating hours on the phone...

As a side note, the opperator that I spoke with was not rude but nice and pleasant and very "eager" to correct the problem, and even offered the information as to how they "got my order". I will also be calling this company I have done business with for several years and I don't believe they are aware that they are being used in this way...

The phone number to Buyersedge 1-800-447-7776 is still active and valid and I hope this helps some people to get their money back. The cite which charged my credit card was UMG SERVICES.
