This scam company charged $9.95 to my credit card

Comm-Services charged $9.95 to my credit card. After I googled them and found usacomplaints. Coms on this website, I call my credit card company, who then called the criminals at Comm-Services. They stated that it was shipping and handing for a FREE DVD that I did not order or receive. I know they charge a small amount and assume most people will not bother to dispute the charges. These people should be in jail.
