Took my money for services, cannot be contacted about those services

Company offered timeshare rental advertising services as well as exchange services. I paid them $798 by credit card. I have not been able to contact them about their services. During business hours their phone always says leave a message, and they don't call me. No response to three email accounts. I responded to my add on the web, and I received nothing back. I don't know if they've skipped town or what. Jose L Rueda is, ostensibly, the CEO, according to the signature on my document. I've initiated a BBB complaint and disputed the credit card charge. Am awaiting a live response from this company.
