I purchased my own background report from these people. I wanted to see exactly how the information, I know exists, appears on a report. A new employer will be doing a full background check.

Lo and behold... Despite paying almost $60, there is not one iota of information on me other than my address, age and previous address. Obviously their records are compiled from the phone book and Motor Vehicle records.

I know what my public records state... They exist...

As for their customer service... Scam... Pure scam...
