Provided an incomplete report and reported only traffic offenses when it is advertised to do a criminal search in all 50 states

I was tempted to pay for a criminal background check by Certified Background Services Inc. Because of it's advertised low price of $13. After payment was received the results provided were traffic offenses only excluding many traffic offenses and all criminal activity.

I beleive that this company lures people in due to their low price but does not have the records that it advertises that it can provide. Unlike many other sites there is no box to check that ensures that the customer has read any terms of agreement which say that the records may be inacurate or incomplete and all sales are final.

Certified Background Services Inc. Is charging money for incomplete information, an act that contradicts it's advertised product and tricks its customers into agreeing to terms such as a no refund policy even when the service purchased is flawed and inacurate.

Because of the problems listed above I beleive that Certified Backround Services Inc. Should be forced to abandon it's policy of no refunds and/or offer its services only when accurate information can be provided. If this company is allowed to contiue as is then the message being sent is that a company that charges for information may provide any information it pleases no matter how inacurate or incomplete and make profits for duping customers instead of providing a legitimate service.

It should also be noted that I know the information I received is false because it is my own criminal records that I was searching for.
