Made false promises - CROOKS

We met with Pat Pitts 2 times @ our home to go over quote for a new salt pool - We even showed him other quotes (I had 6 other pool quotes). The last meeting in their office was to decide between Salt or Ion system. We went with the salt system - picked out tile, pavers & stone. We were assured that all the work is done inhouse with an onsite supervisor.

None of this turned out to be true. Pat will say anything to sell a job. He wrote the contract & we ended up with a Chlorine tablet system in the end.
This company is a joke. It took 3 times for the steel folks to get the spa somewhat right - the drainage is still 180 degrees from the design. After they installed the tile we were told that the pavers (2 months later) were no longer in stock. Then one month later the stone we picked out was no longer in stock. 4 months later the screen is still not finished - Missing gutters, straps & downspouts. The owner said today he is putting a lean on our home for the last payment.

I now need a lawyer - plus I have to pay another pool company to install the salt system. The list goes on & on. For example the spa leaked for 2 weeks after they filled it. We still don't have the pool sweep, stone edges in spa ground off final grading around the pool.
Then there was the 2K I've already to repair the lawn sprinkler system.

NEVER use this pool company - I now have high blood pressure.
