Do not use Pearl Pools to remodel your pool or do any work, pool repairs, or new pools. The work they do is poor quality. EXTENSIVE Rework was required for everything they did and we are still having problems. The subcontractors they used were poor quality also.in less than three months of re-doing our Pool deck coating we currently have cracks around the entire deck. The deck won't last.in addition, we had the pool re-plastered and in the three months we had rust coming out of the pool. They repaired it, but now pool is patched even though we paid for a new pool remodel. They installed "The Pool Thing" for our new Salt System, and there are currently complaints about them on rip off report. It is a horrible system. There are so many better ones on the market now that we are familiar with them. THey added a water leveller to our pool area and in addition to many problems there, the cement is peeling off. There isn't one thing they did right the first time. But if you can avoid the time and stress that we have, USE SOMEBODY ELSE!!!
