One year fully paid but no printer, LCD and $300 rebate as promo items

I bought into their computer promo June religiously paid the bi-weekly installment, made full payment as of July and waited for the rebates of $300, printer and an LCD, as part of their promo. A total of $2,178.48 was paid.

Countless phonecalls have been made to their office and as of March they wrote me a letter acknowledging that they have thoroughly investigated my account and that I am eligible to receive the free items as promised. Within 2-4 weeks. To date it is still a promise.

I have called their customer service (1-800-778-4018) several times, but all you hear is to wait for 20 minutes and a repeat recording of their promo. You end up hanging up the phone.
