Rip off

I initially opened this account with Blue Hippo in May. I still have not received my Free Printer or my $900.00 rebate. If you try to contact these people all you get is sales people answering the phone. They refuse to give you any other contact information and if you try to contact them via email, they NEVER answer back. I even had them leave a message with the Higher Management as they call it and still have not received a phone call or anything. All I get is that the matter has been escalated to upper management and they will contact me. What a CROCK!!! When they finally delivered my computer they left it on my FRONT STEP of my house. How stupid is that? What if someone saw it before I came home from work and just took it??? This company plays on the the consumers that need to rebuild their credit and then... SCAM them. Why hasn't anyone done anything about this company. They still run their TV ads for computers and seem to still be trucking along with their profits while the consumer is still being ripped off!
