Payment in full Didn't receive free TV or Printer as stated Ripoff

In April Blue Hippo Foundation started to deduct weekly payments of $43.98 with the first initial payment of $99.00 down. It took almost six months to get my Computer Monitor and PC Tower after calling and complaining several times. During this time after finally getting my Computer I called and asked why my Free 20" flatscreen LCD TV and Printer wasn't shipped. The reply was I had to pay it in full before receiving the free gifts. I was OK with that until now. My computer is paid in full..$2,385.96 later. I called after a month when it was paid off. I got the run around and couldn't get a number from anyone represenative to a manager of the company. I was told there were none available or a number, but I could fax the company a letter complaining. One represenative told me I wouldn't get the free gifts as four payments were late, though they were paid and a $20.00 fee on top of that. This is very frustrating especially dealing with the dead ends.
