Total scam! Now have someone trying to open Credit card with my info!

I found this site through interent search looking for a brand new PS3 60GB as a birthday present. I found one and on the site it stated, "THIS PRODUCT IS BRAND NEW, Above product is brand new and factory sealed complete with all original accessories and full USA warranty".

I read the return policy briefly and saw they had a 30-day return policy. I purchased the product and received a confirmation email that then stated, "3332 Sony PS398000 Sony Playstation 3 PS3 - 60GB P reserviced 1"

I noticed the word 'reserviced' and was furious. This product was not stated as a refurbished product. I emailed the company because I was angry of the "bait and switch tactic" and asked my order be cancelled as I did not want a refurb product.

I went back a re-read through the return and cancellation policy and it stated that all cancelled orders before they ship are subject to a 20% re-stocking fee. So not only did I find out I wasn't getting what I thought AFTER I purchased the product, but now I have a 20% re-stocking fee.

I quickly called my bank, not even 20 minutes after the purchase and had them cancel my card. Fortunately for me, the purchase had not even started to pend, so no money was taken from my account, but not even 2 days later someone tried opening a Platimun VISA with my information.

I have my information on "Fraud Alert" now with all 3 major credit bureaus, so BE CAREFUL TO ANYONE WHO HAS GIVEN THIS COMPANY THEIR INFORMATION. I absolutely believe this company has now taken the information supplied during ordering and has tried using it to open credit cards under my name. I have never had this problem before and the timing with this company doesn't seem to be a coincidence.

I have also to this day never received an email response to my original question.
