Ordered a discontinued perfume from this company and their return policy stated "within 90 days... No questions asked". After about 4 weeks we had not received the product so emailed them and they said they had difficulty recreating the scent but would be shipping it soon. We received the product 2 months after ordering then when it smelt NOTHING like the original (rose water would be a good comparison) they refused to refund because it had been longer than 90 days even though THEY were the reason it had shipped so late. The scam is that, regardless of what the product smells like, they ship it so that the refund policy cannot apply. Did some research and they seem to have operated in the past as ScentMakers or something like that but had too many bad reviews and had to re-brand. Pathetic.
