Ticketmaster
Asked ticketmaster to do things a certain way for a reason and they don't have on their listening ears... Refuse to make it right!

So yeah I ordered some concert tickets for me and my friends. Unfortunately I only had enough money in my account to cover two of the four tickets so I specifically ask the girl on the phone "would it be any trouble if I was to put two of these on a debit card then give you a separtate credit card for the other two tickets?" No she says then proceeds to take the information from one card followed by information from my second card.

Well when I get a statement from my bank saying my account was non-sufficient and I had overdraft fees that were outstanding I was quite surprised. I called Ticketmaster and was transferred several times until I'm guessing the rudest person they had available got on the line and told me in not such nice terms to eat the charges and if I don't like it dispute the charges on my card because they are going to get their money regardless... All I wanted them to do was refund the NSF fees I incurred due to the stupidity of one of their representatives...

Well to make a long story short they never resolved my situation and I'm still fighting with them. Buy tickets else where... As if all their extra fees are not enought they have to do this as well...
