Francis Mawson my boyfriend purchased tickets as a gift for show Jesus Christ Superstar on March 2 and paid through his debt card. (money came right out of his account directly). He wanted the tickets to go out express mail. Tickets never showed up. Francis now e-mailed ticketmaster saying he has not received tickets. Ticketmaster alerted us through Avis to call. Francis called to learn that the address that the tickets were to be forwarded was not the same as the bank statement address (was his sister address-joint account) He straighted out that situation. Therefore, ticketmaster canceled the express mail service, refunded the ups charges to his account and said they will immediately by US mail.

Now as of March 20, we still did not receive tickets. So we e-mailed ticketmaster with this data of not receiving tickets. Francis did not appreciate the delay of the tickets not arriving at this late date. Francis e-mail Ticketmaster that he wanted to be refunded his money. They in returned E-mailed Francis back and requested his account information again. Francis responded with the requested information. When they finally did reply on the morning of the show they wrote they could not refund us the money for the tickets.

At this time, we contacted tickemaster by phone and explained that the tickets were a gift and they reply saying to use their Will Call at the box office. But it is imperative that the person picking up tickets have his debt card and ID. However, Francis was not the one attending the show, so the ID would not match the person who was actually attending the show.
