Ripped off after moving out of property and poor service while in property

Texstar Properties is a total ripoff with the rudest staff I have ever come across. Anytime you call you get attitude. The staff also thinks it is funny when you have a problem and will state to you, "So what do you want me to do about it."

While staying in one of their properties I put in a work order for my stove and had to keep putting in the same work order for over two months before my stove was fixed.

After our walk throught when we moved out we never received the statement in the mail as stated in our agreement. I waited the month that they state for the request and here we are two months later and still NOTHING.

I called every week and got a different answer each time. I called and would be left on hold for ten minutes at a time and then would have to call back and be put on hold again.

I sent in a disput from the information that was read to me over the phone in which I also stated that I still did not receive my closeout statement finally someone faxed over the information and it was some type of receipt. There was nothing detailed like what was read to me over the phone. For all I know they typed this up just to send to me.

Now I am looking into legal assistance to settle this matter but one thing is for sure. I will never use them again.
