Charged credit card illegally

Saw commerical for 30 day trial of Alteril sleeping pills for. 97. Called and requested product. Authorized. 97 charge. Package arrived over three weeks later with charge of. 97 and 29.95 6.95 for shipping. I called and said this was wrong. They told me it was a diet pill I ordered, which I did not, and said just refuse the package when I receive it and they would refund my money. Called credit card company and cancelled card immediately. Two weeks later the package arrives, I refuse it and postmaster sends it back. Two months later they this company claimed they received my package by it was for a 7 day trial sample that was not refundable. The only package I received I have not even opened thinking it was my free trial package but once I saw the charge I refused to open the bottle. It is now over the 45 days they claim I had to return my item and no refund will be issued even if I do return whatever it is I have at home. I'm livid! They charged my card five days after the initial call for 29.95 and then. 97 the next day. Total scam artist. BBB in CA has hundreds of complaints but nothing is being done. Your credit card dispute is worthless because they will just rebutt it and say you ordered the product, or they never received it. Listen, NEVER just refuse a package, OPEN it, then pay postage and get a receipt otherwise you simply duked. I'm not quitting, I plan to contact AOL because I see they are using them as a email account for cancelling order. Yeah right! Stay away! Anyone that has any suggetions as to how to put a stop to these scam artist, please contact me, I will be happy to assist in any way. I wish I lived in CA, I'd picket outside their business or something. Filed a complaint with BBB, USPS and Consumer Advocate for my area. All to no avail.
