Charged item to credit card that I did not order

Watched infomercial on alteril, a sleep aid. Called number for free sample. Gave them my dredit card number, mistake!!! For free sample kit. Charge was for three day shipping only total of $5.00
Waited seven days, no package. Knew I had to cancel since sample never came. Package came a week after i cancelled, with a $39.00 charge. Was told that I had to cancel seven days after recieving sample.
The scam was, they never sent sample, and went right to chargeing me for the bottle they sent. What a scam. Now I have to send the bottle back. Will they keep using my credit card?
