FRAUD Merchants Beware

We really hate to do this knowing the impact this report will cause this individual and the fact it can never be removed (even at our request). However, it is necessary to warn other merchants of this buyer.

This is a retaliatory warning due to this buyers' charge back of this transaction, their vagrant disregard to our policies, and stealing merchandise from this seller.

Specifically, Buyer ordered 9 shirts from one of advertisers then claimed they were "fake". These items were clearly advertised by the promoter as replica, and the price was most indicative of that, at less than 50% of the prices these are available anywhere.

Buyer stated he returned the items to the seller in China, but provided no evidence of that. The items were never returned.

Runwayco is process of filing a police report against this individual for theft of merchandise as their credit card issuer did allow the chargeback.

It is the policy of RUNWAYCO to fight every fraud and chargeback attempt for the protection of our sellers, and this report is written on behalf of that seller.

If the consumer believes the report to be inaccurate, and is willing to provide evidence of such, and will agree to make the seller whole we would be willing to amend this report.

This purchase has been sent to collections for final recovery. We strongly recommend caution when dealing with this consumer. If your business received a charge back from them we ask you to contact us as we can help fight that chargeback for your cause and ours.
