Snshine Lawns & Landscaping let me go so they didnt have to pay me for my vacation

I was working for the so I thought great company, boy was I wrong.
I let my boss know when my wife was having our baby and that I wanted to take my vacation time during that week, so he said that would be fine, so as weeks went by I reminded him a couple times, then a two days before he asked me to step in the office for a minute. He said to me well peoples been complaining about your work and your workers are saying you are not working that they are doing all the work and that I only give them 5 minute lunches, that my work is bad.
I asked my crew members did they say those thing about me, infact they said they would talk to him in front of me to prove it to me, they said they told him that I work and work fast, that i treat them well, my crew and I often had conversations about how we thought the bosses assistant was out to get us.

So after my boss told me all his lies, he said he was going to suspend me for a week on the week I ask off for the baby, he said come back in a week ready to work if you want to stay with this company, so the very day I came from the hospital I met with him ready to work, but then he said to me I'm letting you go and this was in October not to far till I get my big Christmas bonus.
I asked him well since you are letting me go can I atleast get my weeks paid vacation I was intitled to, he said Ill have to look at your records and see if you have worked here for a year or not, which in fact I had been working there for 1year and 4 months, he said if i was in tilted to one he would send it in the mail to me. I asked him are you going to fight it if I file for unemployment his response was no, well what would you know he sure did and all the bad stuff said about me was writing by the bosses assistant, the one my crew thought was out to get us, so her I am still waiting on my weeks paid vacation.
