I worked for this company for three short weeks. I was forced to sign a covenet not to compete before i could work. This was to ensure that for 36 months after my employment that i could not do any kind of landscaping within 35 miles of the city they work in.in my opinion all they really wanted was to ensure that I (a second generation lanscaper) could not do what i have done all of my life. They are trying to make sure that they are the only landscaping company to go to, regardless of their work or quality. Trust me when i say that if you work for or hire this company they will make sure that you are bound to them for 3 years. Not only is this not fair to a hard working man trying to support his family, but to the customers as well.
