In order to stop eviction at The Gallery @ Noho Commons location in North Hollywood a tenant must pay the Management company the sum of $600.00.
In order to stop an eviction a sum of $600.00 must be given to the Property Manager, Dre Slamman. Note that even if your rent has been given to the management company they will refuse payment and issue a summons for eviction.
