Absolute ripp off the managment (especially DREa) are completly INEPT!

First of all the building is NOT UP TO CODE as you would know if you lived on the first floor, because the first time it rained the entire floor flooded NOW THERE IS MOLD EVERYWHERE!!!

Hense the reason they moved everyone up a level

Secondly dont get stuck in an absolutly illegal lease where they will up your rent each month and try to tell you that you signed for it

Third the SO CALLED MANAGEMENT has not a clue how to manage anything including their own "INTERNET CAFE" where there is never and cups to make coffee

Oh, i almost forgot dont plan on getting any sleep because the shreiking siren of their fire alarm, (which goes off atleast twice a day) will not not for 20 minutes after activated

And i certainly hope you dont have any children or pets because it will burst their ear drums

My poor dog has gone deaf because of this idiocracy!!!

But dont complain to the "management" because they will try to accuse you of being a bad tenant
