Theif of partner in Hardware Store

As I got to work this morning were I am a partner in this hardware store, around 10:00 this morning, my partner came back from GOD knows where, with 3 police officers to have me escorted off of the premises.

The reason he gave, was that I cussed him out in front of customers and that I was telling customers that the store would be closing. Anyone with any sense in their heads knows that if you don't have any business coming in that your store or anyone that ownes a business knows without customers, you don't have a business but a libality.

Business is bad, or should I say was bad, can't order because he meaning my partner Frank Ingram, has used the bank account, which I might add he has stolen that part as well. Anyway he has had me taken off of the property and that I can't go back to the store.

In any event he's stolen my 40% of the store and left me with nothing, besides I still have back pay coming, because we couldn't pay ourselves what we get in pay, because we didn't have it in the bank account to pay.
He's trying to not pay me what he owes me already and he's stealing my part of the dividends from where we got our merchandise as well.

What can be done about this, I am with Legal Aid, waiting for them to get me an attorney, but in the mean time what can be done about what he has stollen?

Anyones help would be greatly appreicated.
