Herassment, calling more than 4 times a month

I recieve calls from this company about 3 to 5 times a week. They are falsly representing themselfs as Visa or Master Card and never remove you from any lists. They Strive to ask yes or no questions while recording your responses. I have found myself getting legal with this company. It is a federal crime to use FCC (Federal Communication Commission) Lines for fraud (herassment)! Generaly, if you call anyone, unsolicited, more than 3 times a month it is considered herasment both with federal and local laws. To file complaints about herassment over the FCC Regulated telephone system go to http://www.fcc. Gov/cgb/complaints.html which lists varios ways you can file a complaint along with the proper forms.
