Action gps! Terrible! - garmin c530

In February '08, I ordered a Garmin GPS from an internet company named ActionGPS. They advertise that they're an "authorized Garmin dealer" and will handle customer concerns, etc. Promptly. Not true. These people will - for the most part - process and send your order in a timely manner. But they are TOTALLY unresponsive if you need to return a defective product.in my case, I received a Garmin c530 from them and it was completely dead. I even went to Garmin for help.in all, I emailed and called this company over 30 times, but they never responded.in other words, once they've got your money, GOOD LUCK. There are many complaints about these people on the internet. Beware. There are much better companies out there, and it isn't worth the grief to save a few bucks by dealing with these people.
Very bad business!!!
