Took money from my account without my authorization

Twx aol has been taking money from my account since august the amount was between 30.00-32.90 for the last five months, after i had cancelled the service in august. I i called and got the standard run around. They did say they would refund my account the january payment but, what about the other four months. I asked to speak to a supervisor, none were available. What can i do?
